  • Production time: Typically 7–30 business days, depending on design complexity

  • Production begins only after:

    • Full or agreed payment is received

    • Final design/CAD/render approval is confirmed by the customer

Processing timelines are estimates and may vary.


3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted, insured, and trackable logistics partners, including:

  • DHL Express

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • Brinks / Malca-Amit (for ultra-high-value shipments)

The shipping method is selected at Carat Luxury’s discretion to ensure maximum security.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, value, weight, and insurance level

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable

8. Delivery Requirements

For security reasons:

  • Signature is required upon delivery

  • Government-issued ID may be requested by the courier

  • Delivery cannot be redirected after dispatch

Failure to receive delivery does not qualify for a refund.
